Kent Residence

The client moved into a new, spacious home that lacked outdoor spaces due to a steeply sloping backyard. The design solution includes a cedar deck, nicely detailed with integrated lighting to level out the backyard affordably. To accommodate an outdoor firepit, a patio was also built with a retaining wall that doubles as a seating area. Overall this design creates an outdoor entertaining area in a formerly uninhabitable space.
